Had a 07 suzuki xl7 in the shop, maxisys would not connect at all, said vehicle not supported.  I also tried global, which it did communicate but did so with problems. I could not diagnose thos vehicle whatsoever.  Very frustrating when you pay over 3k for a tool and it does not work properly. I tried it in another vehicle,  works fine. Does autel not support US suzuki?

Try GM software. It is a GM based vehicle. Or maybe Data connection problem?

I verified that the Suzuki software doesn't work. I was however able to go into generic and pull engine codes. If you go into GM manually entry 07, Chevy, Pass car, Z code, 3.6l, then scan through vehicle control. I was able to access some data but not all modules. I'm gonna send a report to support you should do the same.

Thanks for the tip John. I no longer have the vehicle but I'll keep that in mind. I will submit a complaimt ticket Tonight. How good is tech support at resolving these issues? Also, is there a way to get email notifications when someone replies to a post on here?

If you go under the "supported vehicles" tab in the support & updates tab at the top of this page and select suzuki, have a look at all the supported vehicles and data on there. When i access suzuki on my maxisys, none of that information is on there

I had the same problem any updates on this car? I tried to use a gm car for the suzuki
and didn't work. But I'll try again next time I have this car in the shop.
